METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF HETEROZYGOUS CARRIERNESS AT X-RECESSIVE ICHTHYOSIS

FIELD: medicine, medicinal genetics. SUBSTANCE: method involves detection of women having in genealogy X-recessive ichthyosis (sex-linked disease type of inheritance by the male line) and content of immunoglobulins in serum blood and erythrocytes, frequency occurrence of blood group were determined in these women. Heterozygous carrierness is diagnosed at increased content of immunoglobulins A and B and frequency occurrence 0 (1) blood group as compared with normal values. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis.
