<p>PURPOSE: To provide a sufficient back washing effect even if the quantities of air are decreased as far as possible in performing the back washing regeneration by making use of compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A dust collector 1-1 (1-2) provided with a filter 3-1 (3-2) for trapping and removing particle-like materials contained in dusty gas and a back washing air flow generating device 4-1 (4-2) for generating the flow of clean gas to pass the filter in the opposite direction to the flow of dusty gas in the filter, a temperature detecting means 14-1 (14-2) for detecting at least one of the temperatures of dusty gas and the filter is provided. A dust collector is so constituted as to be provided with a pressure detecting means 15 for detecting the pressure loss of the filter, and that the back washing air flow generating device 4-1 (4-2) may be provided with a back washing air flow rate adjusting means 9-1 (9-2) provided with a memory circuit and a calculating circuit capable of changing the flow rate of the back washing air flow on the basis of the exhaust gas temperature found by the temperature detecting means and the pressure loss found by the pressure detecting means.</p> |
