<p>PURPOSE: To ensure welding strength while improving appearance by providing plate-shaped ridge parts welded to other member to at least one member and arranging the side by side along the direction crossing the vibration direction thereof set to a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower welding ribs 21, 22 are respectively formed to the upper and lower parts of the main body side flange part 19 in the inner glove box 12 of a glove box and side part welding ribs 23 are formed to both side parts thereof. The side welding ribs 23 are formed into a ladder shape having a large number of ridge parts 25. The inner glove box 21 is attached to the first jig 36 of a vibration welding device 35 and an outer lid 14 is attached to a second jig 37. The second jig 37 is connected to a vibrator to be vibrated in a longitudinal direction C. Whereupon, the leading end parts of the upper and lower welding ribs 21, 22 and the welding parts of the ridge parts 25 are melted by friction heat. As a result, the ridge parts 25 become hard to generate deformation by vibration.</p> |
