PURPOSE: To eliminate releasing of a tape even by the steps of printing and cleaning and to easily bond by sequentially laminating an ultraviolet permeable metal thin film layer and an adhesive layer made of ultraviolet curable adhesive on one surface of a plastic film. CONSTITUTION: A silk screen frame reinforcing tape 4' comprises a structure in which a metal thin film layer 3 and an adhesive layer 2 are sequentially provided on one surface of a plastic film 1. The adhesive used for the layer 2 uses ultraviolet curable adhesive. Such an adhesive can be cured by a light source at the time of exposing mask photosensitive agent, the layer 2 is exposed simultaneously with the exposure of the agent, thereby avoiding the complexity of the operating steps. The layer 3 has a thickness in which the entire ray permeability of a wavelength of 365nm becomes 5 to 60% as the entire tape, a mask photosensitive material and the layer 2 can be sufficiently exposed, and at the time of cleaning a plate, the photosensitive material is not eluted and the release of the later 2 is prevented. |
