PURPOSE: To provide an insulator installation structure which is effective against large draft load, can be manufactured at a low cost, and besides is abundant in reliability. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical collar 14 in which circular holes 11 are formed to the opposite side walls 10a, 10b of a metallic arm 10 having U-shaped cross section, and consists of a metallic material whose outside diameter is larger than the circular holes 11, and inside diameter is smaller than the circular holes 11, and which is softer than a metallic material composing the arm 10 so as to be caulked and machined, is plastically deformed in a shaft direction, so that the outer periphery of the cylindrical collar 14 is caulked and fixed to the peripheries 11a of the circular holes 11, and also an insulator 20 is fitted and integrated in the cylindrical collar 14.
