METHOD OF MOTOR CAR HEAD LIGHTS REFLECTORS PRODUCTION

FIELD: mechanical working of metals. SUBSTANCE: aim is production of motor car head lights rectangular form reflectors with decreased vertical size and given focal distance. To realize the aim and to decrease vertical size of reflector the method provides two main phases: 1. moulding of metal blank; 2. casting of blank with plastic melt and final moulding of parabola. In the case metal blank has cuts-off required for final moulding of parabola. EFFECT: method allows to produce motor car head lights reflectors of decreased vertical size providing technical and economical effectiveness of production.
