PURPOSE: To make reinforcement of the corner part of a weather strip for sun roof and softening of the straight portion in fine workmanship and enhance the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A hollow seal 112 in a straight portion 11S is softened by a bent column 112a so that the repulsive force of the hollow seal 112 is reduced, and the self-holding characteristic of the hollow seal 112 in a corner part 11C is heightened by a rigid column 112c prepared by overlapping and adhering a reinforcing lip 112b on/to the bent column 112a. Reinforcing the corner part 11C is made by the rigid column 112c in good performance, and the bent column 112a is glued laminated with the lip 112b simultaneously with the extrusion process so that the rigid column 112c is formed. |
