PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor-manufacturing and controlling device for outputting a graphic picture by a serial printer or a page printer and improving utility by selecting important data only, and provided also its printing method. CONSTITUTION: When the instruction of print output is received from a keyboard 11 or the like by a control device 1 at the time of print output, a data format is read out of a floppy disk 16, and a device status data in compliance with an item of the data format is read out of a fixed disk 17, and a print data is processed by putting the device status data into the data format and a print data is processed and output to a printer 14 in a semiconductor manufacture and control device and its printing method. |
