PURPOSE: To increase heat insulation properties and packing density by allowing a specific polyol component to react with a specific polyisocyanate component in the presence of an auxiliary containing a blowing agent. CONSTITUTION: A polyol component containing one or more tertiary aminoalcohols as shown in the formula [R1 is a 2-24C (cyclo)alkylene or aralkylene; -(CH2 CH2 O)x -(CH2 CH2 )y -; x is 0 or more, y is a positive integer; R2 is 1-9C alkyl, aralkyl; R3 is R1 OH, R2 ; n is 2-50], as necessary, with an added multifunctional alcohol having a hydroxyl value of 1000mgKOH/g or more are allowed to react with a polyisoujanate component in the presence of cyclopentane as a blowing agent in an amount of 8-30 pt.wt. of cyclopentane per 100 pts.wt. of the polyol and, as necessary, water is an amount of less than 0.5 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the polyol. |
