摘要 FIELD: TV systems. SUBSTANCE: device measuring parameters of movement of object may used for contactless of vibrations of various objects and media and for compensation of vibrational blurring of image. Device incorporates two adders, clock pulse generator, frequency divider, second, third and fourth sources of reference voltage, two comparators, pulse counter, three decoders, two logic NOT gates, three logic AND gates, fourth delay line, logic OR gate, decoders, rectifier, multivibrator, eighth ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth keys, selective filter, fourth voltmeter, three light-emitting diodes. First input of second adder is connected to output of unit of formation of signal of displacement along coordinate y and second input of first adder is connected to output of first sawtooth voltage generator. Output of first adder is connected to third controlling input of TV camera, first input of second adder is linked to output of unit of formation of signal of displacement along coordinate z, second input of adder is connected to output of second sawtooth voltage generator, output of second adder is connected to fourth controlling input of TV camera. Output of clock pulse generator is connected to output of second decoder, output of clock pulse generator is connected to input of frequency divider which output is connected to input of sawtooth voltage generator. Input of sawtooth voltage generator is connected to output of clock pulse generator, output of clock pulse generator is linked also to second input of first key. Output of second source of reference voltage is connected to input of fourth delay line which output is connected to input of first logic NOT gate which output is connected to first input of pulse counter. Output of first logic NOT gate is connected to second input pf memorizing integrator. Pulse counter is connected with its first, second and third outputs correspondingly to first, second and third inputs of first, second and third decoders. Output of first decoder is connected to first input of first AND gate which output is linked first input of logic OR gate. Output of second decoder is connected to first input of logic AND gate which output is connected to second input of logic OR gate which output is connected to differentiator, rectifier and multivibrator connected is series. Output of multivibrator is connected to second input of pulse counter. Output of third decoder is connected to first inputs of eighth, ninth and tenth keys which second inputs are correspondingly connected to outputs of units of formation of displacement along coordinates x and y and to output of first amplifier. Outputs of eight, ninth and tenth keys are tenth, eleventh and twelfth outputs of device. Output of third source of reference voltage is connected to first input of first comparator which second input is connected to output of frequency meter of channel of determination of parameters of movement along coordinate y. Output of first comparator is connected to first input of third logic AND gate. Output of fourth source of reference voltage is connected to first input of second comparator which second input is connected to output of frequency meter of channel of determination of parameters of movement along coordinate z. Output of second comparator is connected to input of third logic AND gate which output is connected to input of second logic NOT gate. Output of third AND gate is also connected to first input of eleventh key which second input is connected to output of first decode. Output of eleventh key is connected to second input of first logic AND gate. Output of second logic NOT gate is connected to first input of twelfth key which second input is connected to output of third decoder. Output of twelfth key is linked to input of first light-emitting diode. Output of third decoder is also connected to input of second light-emitting diode. Input of third light-emitting diode is connected to output of second decoder. Second input of second logic AND gate is connected to output of null indicator. Input of selective filter is connected to output of unit of formation of signal of displacement along coordinate y and output of selective filter is connected to input of fourth voltmeter which output is connected to input of third delay line. Output of fourth voltmeter is connected also to second input of fourth subtracter. Signal output and synchrooutputs of TV camera are outputs of device. EFFECT: increased operational stability and reliability.
