PURPOSE:To prevent the dissipation of the data to be recorded by transferring to the data memory zone of the previous term part the memory contents of the data memory zone for current term prior to the update memory of the data memory zone for current term and by recording with printing non- periodically this memory contents. CONSTITUTION:The measured data are processed by a processing unit 3 on each preset time in a step n1 and memorized in the data zone 5b for that date of RAM5. In a step n2 whether it is the time to record daily report data or not is discriminated. If it is the time to record the daily report data, a step n3 is shifted to and the daily report data for that day memorized in the data zone 5b for that day of RAM5 are transferred to the data zone 5a for the previous day. The daily report data for that day is outputted to a printer 4 in the next step n4 and the daily report data are recorded with printing on a recording paper 6. The dissipation of the daily report data due to the breakage of recording paper, power failure, etc. is prevented by performing said processing motion.
