FIELD: production of devices for grinding disks fastening. SUBSTANCE: aim is to expand processing capabilities and to intensify finishing operations of mechanical working due to smooth adjustment of grinding disk inclination angle. To realize the aim device has mounting-centering unclamping ring with screw-type through groove, made in the form of sphere outer surface, made in the form of conical hole inner surface - located in circular ring. Besides, circular ring is installed in transitional flange and is made of two halves with inner spherical surface engaged with matching sphere of mounting-centering unclamp ring. In the case one of circular ring halves has dowel, that contacts screw groove, pitch of which is equal to half height of mounting-centering unclamp ring.
