PURPOSE: To promote an improvement in quality and a reduction in cost by making up a lubricative rubber composition forming a slider from such made up of mixing those of fluororubber, thermoplastic fluororesin and low molecular weight content fluoropolymer at a specified rate, in this guide shoe which guides the opening or closing movement of an elevator door or the like. CONSTITUTION: An elevator door is slidingly guided of its lower part into a sill groove via a guide shoe which is composed of attaching a rubber elastic body to a mounting bracket 1 and also a slider 2 to this rubber elastic body, and it is formed into almost rectangular form as a whole. In this case, it is made up of a lubricative rubber composition being composed of containing this slider 2, fluororubber, thermoplastic fluororesin, and a low molecular weight content fluoropolymer of no more than the number-average molecular weight 5×10<4> , and whose compounding weight percentage of fluororubber and thermoplastic fluororesin is the range of 50:50 to 95:5, and a compounding quantity of the low molecular weight content fluoropolymer to the total 100 pt.wt. of the fluororubber and the thermoplastic fluororesin in the 5 to 50 parts by weight.
