PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the defects of the conventional apparatus and at the same time simplify the structure of a separation apparatus as compared with that of a conventional apparatus and prevent pressure concentrated in an oil reservoir even if a part of the apparatus get in troubles or is worn out. SOLUTION: This apparatus is for separating an oil from a ventilation pipe of an oil reservoir, more practically, from an oil reservoir 1 of an oil-less pneumatic compressor. The apparatus is connected to the oil reservoir 1 through ventilation pipes 3-4 and provided with a filter for separating an oil from air. On one hand, the apparatus is provided with ventilation pipes 3-4 for ventilating a suction pump 5A for sucking air from the oil reservoir 1 and on the other hand, the apparatus is provided with a connection route 6 between the oil reservoir 1 and the environments.
