SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, radial input channel 2, drain channel 3 and axial channel 4, sleeve 5 which has radial input channel 6 and drain channel 7, regulating body which is designed as piston 8 with axial channel 9, inlet holes 10 and drain holes 11 which are made in two rows of holes which diameters in each row D1, D2, D3, D4 conform to condition of D1/D2 = D3/D4 = 0.2...0.3; L1/D2 = L2/D3 = 0.38...0.63, where L1, L2 are distances between centers of holes in rows of inlet and drain holes. Device may be used as transducer of input electric signal to pressure of liquid or gas at output of system which controls hydraulic and pneumatic final-control mechanisms.
