WASH BASIN AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To provide a wash basin which allows free decorating fire and has excellent flawing resistance and contamination resistance and its production. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer 2 of a melamine resin is transparent or translucent. This wash basin has paper 4 for decorating fire impregnated with the melamine resin between the coating layer 2 and molded goods 1 of a base. The coating layer 2 for decorating fire impregnated with the melamine resin are formed over the entire surface on the inside surface side of the wash basin 3 and the paper 4 for decorating fire impregnated with the melamine resin is formed on a part of the surface on the inside surface side of the wash basin 3. The wash basin 3 is produced by compression triple molding for molding the molded goods 1 of the base in primary molding and molding the paper 4 for decorating fire impregnated with the melamine resin on the surface of the molded goods 1 of the base in second molding, then molding the coating layer 2 of the melamine resin in ternary molding on the surface of the molded goods 1 of the base including the surface of the paper 4 for decorating fire.
