PURPOSE: To provide a wrapping material having an appropriate degree of gas permeability while retaining high dampproofness. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing a multilayer film wrapping material is characterized by comprising a step of dropping molten seal material 12 onto a non-metal surface of a metal vapor-deposited unstretched polypropylene (CCP) film, and performing extrusion coating using a cooling roll 13, and forming many micro-cracks in the deposited metal surface utilizing the force occurring when the seal material is peeled from the cooling roll 13.
