PRODUCTION OF MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOFING COATED CLOTH

PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a moisture-permeable waterproofing coated cloth having soft feeling and excellent moisture-permeability and waterproofness. CONSTITUTION: A solution of a resin composed of a synthetic polymer composed mainly of a polyurethane resin containing 1-40wt.% of inorganic fine powder having an average particle diameter of <=1μm m and an N,N-dimethylformamide adsorption of >=200ml/100g is applied to the top surface of a textile cloth, water is supplied from the lower face of the cloth immediately after the application of the solution and the cloth is subjected to conventional wet film-forming process comprising the immersion of the cloth in water to effect the coagulation of the resin component.
