PURPOSE: To provide the branch pipe joint for electric fusion, which can appropriately adjust the connecting direction of a branch pipe with respect to the pipeline of a main pipe. CONSTITUTION: The branch pipe joint is made up of a saddle joint 1 where a cylindrical body 12 is projected out of the upper surface of a saddle 11, and of a branch joint 2 where a branch pipe 22 is projected out of the halfway of a joint main body 21, a socket 211 to which the cylindrical body 12 of the saddle joint 1 is rotatably inserted, is provided for the lower end section of the joint main body 21, and a heating wire 2a is buried in the inner circumferential surface of the socket 211. By this constitution, the connecting direction of a branch pipe can be appropriately adjusted, and execution works at a work site can be simply and surely carried out. |
