PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic stapler good in transportability. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic stapler is equipped with an ultrasonic output means equipped with a horn 12 having a processing surface 12A provided to the leading end thereof, a grip member 18 holding the ultrasonic output means 14 at one end part thereof and the lower receiving member 20 engaged with the other end part of the grip member 18 in a freely revolvable manner and having the pressure surface 21A opposed to the processing part 12A of the horn 12 provided to the revolving end thereof. |
