PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination composed of an immunized domestic fowl egg and a vaccine containing an antibody obtained from the fowl, giving tolerance against the antibody to mammals by the intake of egg and enabling heterologous passive immunization of mammals without causing anaphylactic reaction, etc. SOLUTION: This combination is produced by combining (A) a food (preferably egg) useful for immunotherapy, originated from egg of domestic fowl (preferably chicken) immunized against an antigen and containing an antibody having increased titer and (B) a passive vaccine for antigen containing an antibody (preferably IgG antibody, etc.) obtained from the above domestic fowl and a carrier. The component A is repeatedly administered to a mammal to induce the tolerance against the above antibody and, thereafter, the component B is administered to the mammal. Concretely, an egg of a hen immunized against bacteria such as S. mutans is orally administered to a mammal such as rabbit and IgG of immunized hen is administered to the mammal by intravenous injection. |
