PURPOSE: To reduce a stiffness feeling at a low speed steady running time, by selecting delay time different from the prescribed delay time, in the case of not realizing a condition that an engine speed is a delay time decision speed or less of a compressor, when on-operated an idle switch after air conditioning idle up valve opening action. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning ON-condition is materialized, and after opening action of an air conditioning idle valve 102, in a signal of representing ON action time of an idle switch, one of a condition whether output or not from a throttle sensor 98 and of a condition whether or not an engine speed is a preset delay time decision speed of a compressor 130, is judged for whether the condition is unrealized or not. In the case of realizing the two conditions, after the first prescribed delay time, the compressor 130, is controlled to perform ON action. In the case of unrealizing either one of the two conditions, that is, at running time, after the second prescribed delay time shorter than the first prescribed delay time, the compressor 130 is controlled to perform ON action. |
