摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet-like removing material for decomposing to remove harmful substances such as malodor or bacteria with light and easy in handling by sealing a photoreactive semiconductor, a carrier and an ultraviolet adsorber- containing thermoplastic resin between air permeable sheets. CONSTITUTION: A carried body made by making the photoreactive semiconductor such as titanium oxide absorbed on the carrier such as activated carbon or zeolite and the thermoplastic resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing an ultraviolet adsorber such as salicylic acid series are mixed with each other. And the resulting mixture is kneaded at a temp. equal to above the m.p. of the thermoplastic resin to make a composite body and the composite body is interposed between >=2 layers of the air permeable sheets of such an organic fiber and further treated at the temp. equal to above an m.p. of the thermoplastic resin to integrate. The removing material obtained in this way decomposes to remove the harmful substances with light and has excellent strength and durability or the like.
