PURPOSE: To obtain an AIDS vaccine, having high safety, capable of inducing strong liquidity and cellular immunity for various HIV variant strains and having high preventing effects by binding a specific peptide to respective branches of a branched lysine oligomer. CONSTITUTION: This vaccine contains a V3 region of a gp120 in an HIV envelope and is obtained by binding a peptide of the V3 region and a peptide without containing the region (e.g. a peptide in an inner protein Gag region of HIV) to respective branches of a nuclear substance comprising a branched lysine oligomer. For example, HIV-1-IIIB type and HIV-1-ThaiA are cited as the peptide in the V3 region; however, a peptide synthesized with an automatic peptide synthesizer, etc., is preferred. A peptide of a T cell epitope derived from an HIV surface protein or a peptide in a CD4-binding region may be bound to the N-terminal site in order to raise the immunity of the peptide in the V3 region. |
