PURPOSE: To mold a skin integrated molded product having no surface stain and generating no levitation at the superposed part of a skin material in low cost within a short time without bringing about the deterioration of working environment. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a core material 3 made of a hard foamed resin is integrally covered with first and second skin materials 5, 7 and the skin adjacent end parts 5a, 7a of the first and second skin materials 5, 7 are fitted in the recessed grooves 3a depressed toward the core material 3 to be allowed to meet with each other on the bottom part side thereof to produce a door trim 1. In this door trim, the skin adjacent end part of the second skin material 7 is brought into contact with the skin adjacent end part 5a of the first skin material 5 on the bottom part side of the recessed groove 3a to be allowed to exceed the skin adjacent end part 5a to be embedded in the core material 3. |
