FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves the following procedure: after resection of a part of the intestine an autotransplant is cut out. The autotransplant is taken from the serosa of the intestine proximal end. The muscular layer of this area is excised, and the remaining surplus of the mucous membrane and the submucous layer is dipped in the aperture of the distal end of the intestine. A single-row interrupted suture is applied on the serous, muscular and submucous layers of the intestine ends, and the autotransplant is glued on the stitches. EFFECT: more reliable anastomosis; latex shunts not needed. |
