PURPOSE: To achieve productivity and micro-and macro-dispersibility of a compounding agent by a method wherein both end parts of a long blade of each rotor are notched, a torsion angle of the long blade to an axis of the rotor is made a specified angle, and a short blade is arranged on a rotary direction after flow side of each long blade. CONSTITUTION: In a closed type rubber kneader which kneads rubber, both end parts of a long blade of each rotor 1 are notched, a torsion angleθL of the long blade 2 to an axis of the rotor 1 is 30 deg.-50 deg., and a short blade 3 is arranged on a rotary direction 4 back flow side of each long blade 2. Shear operation and stirring operation to the rubber of the rotor blades 2, 3 are respectively related to a blade vertical component and a blade horizontal component. The large values of both components are, the sear and stirring operations become respectively the larger. As an area wherein those shear and stirring operations to the rubber are kept at a high level, the torsion angleθL of the long blade 2 is suitably selected to be 30 deg.<=θL<=50. In the closed type rubber kneader, the torsion angleθL of the long blade 2 is set at that angle. |
