FIELD: electromechanical engineering; motor testing. SUBSTANCE: method involves acceleration of motor rotor, measurement of motor shaft angular velocity during acceleration period, input of metered data in computer followed by identification of dynamic mechanical characteristic ω = f(M) with aid of computer by using these data. This characteristic is used as criterion of motor quality. When dynamic mechanical characteristic of motor under test goes beyond predetermined and entered in computer storage deviations from reference characteristic, computer automatically takes decision on motor rejection and yields relevant signal to executive device which removes rejected motor. If otherwise, computer sends signal to executive device to turn out the product. Device implementing this method has motor speed sensor, timer, analog-to-digital converter, device-to-computer interface unit, computer, interface unit, executive device. Data on reference characteristic, maximum deviations from it are preset and entered in computer; the latter incorporates software supporting one of identifying methods that takes decision about motor rejection and sends relevant signal to executive device by means of interface unit. EFFECT: improved accuracy of motor testing. |
