PURPOSE: To obtain a tray having numerous housings which improves flexibility and shape-retainability by using a laminated foaming body comprising a flexible foaming layer mainly containing a non-crosslinked propylene resin having a specific density and thickness and a shape-retainable foaming layer mainly containing a styrene resin. CONSTITUTION: A tray A is molded of a two-layered laminated foam 1 comprising a flexible foaming layer 2 mainly containing a non-crosslinked propylene resin and a shape-retainable foaming layer 3 mainly containing a styrene resin by means of fabrication such as vacuum forming or press molding so that the flexible foaming layer 2 is an inner layer with which vegetables are in contact to provide numerous housing recesses 4. The flexible foaming layer 2 having a density ranging from 0.25 to 0.09g/cm<3> and a thickness ranging from 1.0 to 4.0mm is used, while the foaming layer 3 having a density of 0.04 to 0.2g/cm<3> and a thickness of 1.0 to 3.0mm is used. Thus good flexibility not damaging surfaces of vegetables and excellent shape retainability can be obtained. |
