A toilet stool flushing tank device comprises a tank body (A) having an opening (1) at its bottom and for storing a toilet stool flushing water, support arms (5) provided in the tank body to be capable of swinging about a pivot (6), a valve disc (4) secured to one end of the support arms (5) and adapted to abut against an opening (1) of the tank body (A), delay means (9) for causing the valve disc (4) mounted to the support arms to be delayed in abutting against the opening and valve disc lifting means (7) mounted to the tank body to actuate the valve disc (4) away from the opening, the valve disc (4) being delayed in closing action to enable utilizing water stored in the tank body as a flushing water of a toilet stool until water level lowers near the bottom of the tank.
