摘要	The protection circuit has an input connected to the battery terminal and an output for the load to be protected. An inversely-driven N-channel MOSFET (t1) has its source connected to the input and the drain with the output. The gate is joined to an external voltage source providing a higher voltage than the voltage available for the load. Between the source and the drain is a voltage-controlled bipolar NPN transistor (t2) with a resistance (r2). Between its base and emitter is a diode (d1) and between the base and earth is a second resistance (r3).
