Switching circuit for interpolation of sensor signals

A process for the interpolation of sensor signals uses a bridge resistor circuit (3,4,5,6) whereby bridging pairs receive several measuring points from the sine and cosine amplifiers (1,2). This is connected to the comparator (14), by which comparative values for each diametrically opposed pair are made, through a multiplexer (11), operated by a digital control (12) which determines forward or backward scanning, the direction being dependent on the comparator output which notes the polarity change. This system quickly facilitates complete integration of the analogue process and conversion to digital output, secure against interference. It requires no external timing. Power consumption is minimal and it does not need excessive distance. Production costs are low.
