PURPOSE:To hold down the fluctuation of a car speed and simultaneously carry out a constant speed control stably, by calculating respectively an output duty and a set duty corresponding to a target car speed, and correcting the set duty integrally in a direction that approaches to the output duty. CONSTITUTION:The entitled device calculates a skip car speed Vs by adding an acceleration which is obtained by differentiating a traveling car speed Vn to this traveling car speed Vn which is obtained from a car speed signal. And a control valve for controlling the opening of a throttle is controlled by calculating an output duty D with using a formula D=GXDELTAV+SD from the gain G, the set duty SD and the deflection DELTAV between the car speed Vs and a target car speed (stored car speed) VM. In this case, when an integral element which responds to the change of a duty slowly is designated by SD1, another integral element which responds thereto is designated by DM, and a constant is designated by (n), the set duty SD is calculated in accordance with a formula SD=SD 1+(DM-SD1)/n, and this SD is integrally corrected in a direction that approaches to the D.
