Fastener for transmission lever on shaft end

In an axial recess (7) of the transmission lever (5) are located two symmetrical, oblique and flat faces (8), to which correspond identically shaped faces (15) at the shaft (4) end with a slight motion play. The fastening is carried out by a screw (13), fitted vertically to the shaft axis into the lever. The screw presses together the oblique faces (8,15), cancelling the motion and assembly play. Pref. the angular tolerances between both types of the flat faces are so chosen that the acute angle of the recess faces is larger.
