The subject of the present invention is an endoprosthesis consisting of the alternate juxtaposition of axially rigid cylindrical parts (1, 1') and at least one axially flexible cylindrical part (2); the said endoprosthesis comprising axially rigid cylindrical parts (1, 1') at its two ends; the said axially rigid cylindrical parts (1, 1') being capable of plastic radial expansion, and the said axially flexible cylindrical part(s) (2) being capable of elastic radial expansion. Such an endoprosthesis has adjustable axial flexibility and length.
