An agent for the analysis of the elimination of physiologically produced hCG in a human patient, the method for the in vitro measurement of hCG disappearance in patients with an increased hCG level as well as the use of such an agent. It is hereby made possible to establish the effect of treatment in patients with abnormal hCG levels, such as patients with testicular cancer, and to establish the function of various organs.
