The wall paper is produced by printing a stencil paper with ink composition, coating a foaming composition on the printed paper and foam drying. Especially, 3-25 wt.% porous ceramic against the total composition is contained and in 30-2,000 angstrom range of fine pore diameter, a pure white with respect to the ink composition and the foaming composition, a far-infrared radiant ratio of 80 % or more at 40 deg.C, and a radiant strength of 0.001-0.18 W/cm2= Pm in the range of far-infrared. The porous ceramic compositions are selected from SiO2, Al2O3-SiO2, Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2, SiO2-GeO2, MgO-ZnO-SiO2, MgO-ZrO2-SiO2, SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3.
