Disclosed are benzoyl-guanidines of general formula (I), where the importance of the substituents is mentioned in disclosure. Method for production of the mentioned compositions is based on the reaction of the composition of general formula (II), where the substituents as well as in the formula (I) are mentioned in disclosure together with guanidine, with the proviso that the product is transferred to the pharmacologically acceptable salt. Benzoyl-guanidines are used as medicaments for treating of cordial and circulatory system diseases.
