The brake system provides stable buffering effect by absorbing the shock directly into the spring and braking automatically in accordance with the absorbed shock. An impact receiver(1) has springs(2) and guide rods(3)(3a)(3b) inserted into the fixing members(4). The wires(10) are attached to the operating plate(8) at the rear side of the central guide rod(3), and to the operating member(7) connected to the connecting rod(6) located at the rear side of the guide rods(3a)(3b). The wires(10) are connected to the screwed rod(12) having adjusting nut(14). The wires(15) attached to the union plate(13a) are connected to the driving shaft of the brake(16), clutch(17) and parking brake(18) individually.
