The procedure of the aldehyde production with the use of hydroformylation is based on the principle related to the reaction of the unsaturated alkene compound selected according to the set containing alfa-olefins with 2 up to 20 carbon atoms, internal alkenes with 4 up to 20 carbon atoms and mixtures of the such alfa-olefins and internal olefins with carbon oxide and hydrogen, while a catalyst together free poly-phosphite ligand is present, and the catalyst is based on the rhodium-bis-phosphite complex. The conditions related to the hydroformylation include the reaction temperature in the interval between 50 and 120 Celsius degrees, the total pressure of gaseous hydrogen, carbon oxide of an unsaturated olefin compound, the value of which is in between 7 and 1030 kPa, the hydrogen partial pressure is in between of 7 and 82,5 kPa, however the reaction environment contains bis-phosphite ligand concentration in between of 4 and 100 mole closed to each of rhodium moles in the above mentioned environment. |
