PURPOSE:To produce a novel mud guard for a car by certainly injecting a hard resin in an attaching part requiring the hard resin and suppressing the inflow of the hard resin to a mud guard part requiring no hard resin. CONSTITUTION:The barrier member 30 provided to a second runner part 27 is advanced to close a second injection part 22 and a soft resin material is injected in a cavity from a first injection port 21 in an amt. reduced by the amt. corresponding to the core part of a first attaching part and a second attaching part. Subsequently, in such a state that the second injection port 22 is closed, the hard resin material constituting the core part of the first attaching part is injected in the cavity from the first injection port 21 after the injection of the soft resin material is started or completed and, next, the barrier member 30 provided to the second runner part 27 is retracted after the injection of a hard resin material is started or completed to open the second injection port 22 and the soft and hard resin materials constituting the second attaching part are injected. |
