PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of a rigid resin to a mud guard by providing a shutting member beforehand at an end of a core part of a cavity constituting a mounting part of a mold cavity, and controlling the fluidity of the rigid resin which becomes the core part when the shutting member moves back and forth. CONSTITUTION:A resin injection port 16 is formed at the rear end of a cavity part 14 of a mounting part of a cavity C. A shutting member 20 is set at an end of a core part of the cavity part 14 to be movable back and forth. When a rigid resin is injected when the shutting member 20 is at the forward position, a core part 102 is formed. A flexible member is supplied from both sides of the shutting member 20 at the forward position, and a flow path of the flexible resin to a cavity 15 of a mud guard is formed. Accordingly, the core part 102 is formed of the rigid resin, and the mud guard S not requiring the core part 102 is formed of the flexible resin. The rigid and flexible resins are buried in a space of the cavity part 14 formed as the shutting member 20 retreats. The mud guard 101 keeps the high flexibility and accordingly is prevented from cracking. |
