The sound isolation features of the building block (1) are much better and the thermal isolation properties are kept, however in the case of that, the relation closed to the maximum length (L) of the curtains, measured in the direction to the queue axle (3), to a minimal distance (D) between two neighbouring curtains (2) which belong to the neighbouring queues, is in the range of 1 to 1 up to 6 to 1 and the sum of minimal distances (X) closed to the neighbouring curtains (2) in one queue (3) and the extreme curtain (2) of the build block margin (1) is 12 up to 18 percent of the total length (B) closed to the building block (1) in the direction of queues (3) closed to the curtains (2).
