PURPOSE: To provide such an ultrasonic motor that the thrust and sped of an ultrasonic motor can be sufficiently acquired by exciting oscillation efficiently as an oscillator at large. CONSTITUTION: In an ultrasonic oscillator, which has at least two stacked piezoelectric elements 12A and 12B and an elastic body 11 where the stacked piezoelectric elements 12A and 12B are fixed, and oscillates ultrasonic elliptic oscillation by applying AC voltage different in phase from each other to the stacked piezoelectric elements 12A and 128, the stacked piezoelectric elements 12A and 128 are stuck to the elastic body 11 without a protective film. |
