PURPOSE: To save excess waiting time at the time of warming up, in an image forming device. CONSTITUTION: The image forming device is provided with means for detecting and storing initial temp. T0 of a fixing roller and the temp. TC after a specified time C has passed from beginning of heating by detection means, means computing the time (t) required for that the temp. of the fixing roller on beginning of heating reaches the fixing permissive temp. Tf based on the data of a storing part, and paper feeding means for feeding a recording material so that a tip part of the recording material is allowed to pass a nip part, simultaneously with that the temp. Tf of the fixing roller is allowed to reach. |
