PURPOSE: To obtain the device which can generate an operation schedule having no variance in burden among drivers, etc., in a short time without acquiring special knowledge by allocating a mountain schedule (fixed work in which start time and completion time are fixed) so that operation is always permitted and limiting generated work schedules to permissible ones. CONSTITUTION: Mountain schedules are taken out of a set of mountain schedules, one by one, and allocated to drivers to generate operation schedules corresponding to respective genes. Namely, an operation schedule 102 is generated from mountain schedules and a priority table 108 stored in a mountain schedule set storage part 101. An evaluated value arithmetic part 105 evaluates whether or not restriction conditions stored in a restriction condition storage part 104 are met, the evaluated value 106 is processed by an optimization arithmetic part 107, and the result is fed back to the priority table 108 to finely adjust the operation schedule 103. The evaluated value arithmetic part 105 totally judges how much the generated operation schedule meets the restriction conditions and whether or not a work time is equal and outputs an evaluated value 106. |
