PURPOSE: To obtain a mounter having a circuit module having the excellent reliability of electrical connection without the application of forced force to the connecting section of a circuit unit and a circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A circuit unit fitted to a rigid circuit board 8 in an exchangeable maner has a flexible wiring board 16, on which an LSI package 22 is mounted, and a reinforcing plate 30 maintaining the flatness of the mounting section of the LSI package. The wiring board integrally has a plurality of connecting pieces 32a, 32b, 33a, 33b with connecting terminals 34 connected to wiring patters 18. A plurality of connectors 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, with which the connecting pieces are bonded detachably, are set up to the circuit board while a spacer 37 positioning and holding the wiring board together with the reinforcing plate is arranged. |
