<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate inspection and exchange of a caulking click of a caulking machine by furnishing the caulking machine to caulk a joint fitting on a hose for piping of a pressure fluid and controlling a hydraulic pump to drive the caulking machine in accordance with a signal concerning counted quantity of a counter to count the number of caulking motion of the caulking machine. CONSTITUTION: A caulking machine 1 carries out caulking work against a coupler fitting 2 as it is made to advance to the circumference of the joint fitting 2 inserted into a hose 3 by a cylinder 5 and to actuate a caulking click 4 by hydraulic force of a hydraulic pump 6. Thereafter, the hose 3 caulked by the coupler fitting, that is, a product 7 is transferred to and placed on an alignment conveyor 9 and delivered to an inspection device 10 by a conveyor device 8. In this case, a counter 11 is provided in a control system of the caulking machine 1 and devised to transmit a signal to a control panel 12 at the time when a set value previously decided concerning the number of hose caulking motion and an actual value to be actual counting quantity match with each other. Consequently, it is possible to accelerate exchange of the caulking click 4 by way of stopping the hydraulic pump 6 and generating an alarm.</p> |
