<p>PURPOSE: To enable smooth meshing without biting and strinking of mutual tips in meshing of a driving gear and a driven gear with a partially toothless gear, and also to improve durability of the partially toothless gear. CONSTITUTION: The tooth depth on the drive transmitting side tooth flank A is so constituted as to be higher than that on the drive non-transmitting side tooth flank B, on the top of at least the second and the later teeth continuing from the cutout end parts of teeth of respective partially toothless gear parts 31a, 31b of a partially toothless gear 31 to which a driving gear 10 and a driven gear 19 are faced.</p> |
