CONSTITUTION: When a host computer receives the operation data of a copying machine from a copying machine controlling device (step S22), it updates the data stored in an external memory device (step S23), it calculates the jam occurrence rate for each paper feed stage and each paper feed cassette based on the data (step S24), it determines the preferentially selected paper feed cassette to reduce the jam occurrence rate (step S25), and it transmits the instruction data to the copying machine controlling device (step S26).</p> |
